New LLC registrations in New York — daily data feed
Every business registered in New York becomes a public record. The New Business Filings actor reads the Department of State's daily filings feed and returns one normalized record per filing — schedulable daily, formation-mill noise flagged, $0.004 per record.
What the New York feed contains
New York's Department of State publishes a daily filings feed. The actor filters it to actual formations — Articles of Organization, Certificates of Incorporation and Applications of Authority — so amendments and dissolutions don't pollute a new-business lead list.
One honest caveat, stated up front: New York does not publish registered-agent names in this feed. You get entity name, type, filing date, status and county — enough to identify and reach a fresh business, not enough to name its agent.

Questions
Frequently asked
Why are there no agent names for New York?
New York's public feed doesn't include them. The actor reports what the state publishes — entity, type, filing date, status and county — and never pads records with guessed data.
How much does a daily feed cost?
Pricing is $0.004 per record returned, billed from your Apify usage credit. You pay only for filings that match your filters — there is no subscription.
Can I combine several states in one run?
Yes — the states input takes any list (e.g. ["CO", "CT", "NY"]); records come back in one dataset with a state column.
